Our Philosophy & Commitment to Excellence
To provide long term residential care for seventeen adults with learning disabilities. The Granleys Residential Care Home provides a homely, relaxed, non-confrontational environment whilst still maintaining a philosophy of personal growth and ensuring excellent standards of care. Our support is designed to help achieve positive outcomes for individuals. For this to be effective, we believe that individuals must be recognised and supported as active assessors of their own needs, planners of their own support and co-producers of their own outcomes.
Self-development is encouraged positively with as much support as necessary. At the Granleys staff share a natural desire to meet the needs of the service users by displaying kindness, patience and understanding, but most of all by making them feel at home with a sense of belonging
